The TeltoCare telemedicine platform provides full remote access to patient’s heart parameters recorded by TeltoHeart wrist band. The platform helps healthcare professionals to collect and manage vital data on patients' health and enables them to take instant actions without being near the patient. The TeltoCare web platform receives, processes, and displays patient electrocardiogram (ECG) data. It includes the time, date, and circumstances of the recording and indicates any instances of atrial fibrillation, if applicable. For clinicians' convenience, this ECG data can be filtered by time frames and viewed in greater detail for visual analysis. Clinicians can also use the calliper tool to select specific areas within the ECG for more in-depth information.
