Whilst all cabin crew are given comprehensive first aid training, doctors and medical professionals can be called upon at 30,000 feet to deal with anything from minor incidents like fainting and panic attacks, to more serious conditions , including strokes and heart attacks. Our solution is an integrated, portable telemedicine station designed for cabin crew to gather important information and vital signs, which can then be transmitted to the airline’s Ground Medical Support Team (GMST)

Our aviation telehealth solution enables inflight passengers to receive high-quality, speedy medical care during an emergency. The care is delivered via a portable telemedicine kit. This innovative kit is designed for cabin crew to gather important clinical data using digital devices which can then be transmitted via a secure digital platform to ground medical team. This eliminates the time consuming manual note taking and sekking for a medical doctor by cabin crew.

The digital cloud platform captures and transmits recorded subjective medical information and vital data (blood pressure, glucose, heart rate, oxygen saturation, ECG, etc.) of a passenger needing medical care. The passenger's health data is transmitted to the airline's dedicated medical professionals, who will provide data informed advise to the cabin crew and pilots on the management of the medical situation at hand. This is done in collaboration with the destination medical team.
